3/26/26 ALERT- To all current and future Clients. The FCC has adopted guidelines and streamlined rules for acceleration and retirement of Copper phone lines also known as POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service). While many providers are going to take a 911/Fire/Police phone service into consideration and provide longer windows, these new guidelines allow the provides only a short 3 month window before they can disconnect servcie after notification. Three are already providers out there, that refuse to repoair or install any new copper POTS lines. This notice is an advisory notice for planning purposes. If you have current Callbox needs that are not being met by these providers ask us about some solutions in the form of Satellite and Cellular where signal levels are available. They often times are much more reliable in the first place.

7/16/22 ALERT- Dear Clients and all users of Case Systems, Inc. Call boxes utilizing 2G, 3G and some 4G technology. At the end of the 2022 Verizon will sunset the existing hardware supported on the 2G and 3G Networks. This means all retro- active hardware must be replaced in able to make the Call box function properly. We are working with Case to roll out the the new upgrade kits that will include 4G technology. These upgrade kits will include everything needed to make the call box fully functional again. Upgrades for your devices are already available, and we can work with you to make sure they are completed by the end of 2022. Thanks for your understanding! As Verizon continues to build for the future, we would like to keep you up to date with some important activities.
We are actively decommissioning our 3G CDMA network and expect to be completed by no later than December 31st, 2022.
As we continue with these changes to our network, we are also actively working with impacted customers. We will continue to update you with any important information as we get closer to this date.
